Encouraging an information stream untainted by bias

Algeria is one of 17 countries taking part in a multi-million euro project, led by Thomson Foundation, to support and train journalists on the borderlands of Europe. A key part of the project is to build a video-sharing platform for broadcasters in these countries so they can share their work with each other and with channels inside the European Union.
