Gary Mundy

Gary leads Thomson's research, policy, and impact initiatives, ensuring that the organisation’s work is evidence-based and demonstrates measurable change.

He has over two decades of experience in research and evaluation within the not-for-profit sector. Before joining Thomson, he was Director of Research and Evaluation at Career Connect, a UK-based education and employability charity.

Gary spent 14 years working in Asia, holding senior research and evaluation roles at the British Council, Helen Keller International and Population Services International. He began his international career as a Research Manager at BBC Media Action, overseeing projects across Sub-Saharan Africa.
